Eligibility
- There is no upper age limit for UG Programme in AILET.
- The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course.
- The qualifying examination for AILET is 10+2 or an equivalent examination.
- Any candidate having a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination is eligible to apply.
- The minimum of 40% in the qualifying examination is required to become eligible to apply for AILET for SC & ST candidates.
- The Eligibility condition for admission of students under the Foreign Nationals Category shall be 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination of (10+2) system or an equivalent examination.

Examination Format
- Mode of examination: Offline
- Maximum Marks: 150
- Duration of the examination: 1 hour 30 minutes or 90 minutes
- Types of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Each question is of 1 mark with 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 Mark.
